2 · What we collect

If you send us a message or a catering enquiry we collect the name, email address, telephone number and any details you include in the message itself.

3 · Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare and deliver catering you have asked us to quote for, and keep a record of the arrangement. We do not use your details for marketing without asking you first.

4 · How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Catering contracts and their associated records are kept for 6 years, in line with France accounting requirements.

5 · Who we share it with

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. We share it only where necessary to run your catering booking — for example with a venue for access or delivery instructions, or with our accountant for statutory record-keeping.

6 · Your rights

Under France GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict how we use it. Email contact@coffeecyclecatering.cafe and we will respond within one month.

7 · Security

Personal data is held on access-controlled systems and is not sold, rented or passed on for advertising.

8 · Changes

Any material change to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
