Terms of Service.
The terms on which The Coffee Cycle Catering Company Limited supplies coffee, food and catering.
1 · Contract
No contract arises until we have accepted your catering booking in writing. Quotes are valid for 14 days, unless we state otherwise in the quote.
2 · Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Counter sales are paid at the point of sale. Catering bookings are invoiced as set out in the accepted quote; a deposit may be requested for bookings more than 14 days ahead.
3 · Menu changes
We source ingredients daily. If an item on an accepted catering menu is unavailable on the day, we will offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value and tell you before service.
4 · Dietary requirements
Please tell us of allergies and dietary requirements when you enquire. We handle allergens in a kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, nuts and eggs; we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from a given allergen.
5 · Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate event details including headcount, timings, venue access and power or water availability. Where we set up in a venue, we rely on that information being correct.
6 · Access and setup
Our team aims to arrive 30 minutes before the agreed service start. Venues must provide access, a safe surface and, where requested, a power socket and potable water.
7 · Cancellation
More than 7 days before the event: no charge. Fewer than 7 days before: 50% of the agreed amount, as staff and food are already committed. Within 48 hours: the full agreed amount.
8 · Our liability
We are responsible for food prepared and served by us. We are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, including venue power or water failure, or events outside our control.
9 · Website content
This website is provided for information. Prices shown on the menu page are the current counter prices; the price you pay in our shop is the price on the board.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
